Entrepreneurial Inventiveness

The October 2011 meeting of the IEEE Consultants' Network of Northern New Jersey (www.TechnologyOnTap.org), scheduled for Monday, October 24, 6:30 PM, features a presentation by Randall Vendetti of Techne Synergies, LLC.

Please note the date; it is not our customary last Thursday of the month.

Ensuring Entrepreneurial Inventiveness Across the Industrial Company
What does a company do when faced with the difficulties of lost sales and a shrinking market, all while trying to maintain profitability? All products, and therefore companies, face the maturing market.
Randall P. Vendetti, P.E., Principal, Techne Synergies LLC, will explain how to overcome the ultimate commoditization of your products and services. Individuals, teams, and companies need to break traditional barriers to innovation and growth. Renewing entrepreneurial spirit in a mature industry involves finding once again a pioneering direction and imbedding characteristics of competitive strength into your firm.
Covered will be the following: 1) what is the nature of first revitalizing, then ensuring this business-connected technical inventiveness; 2) what are expected outcomes and telltale indications in the marketplace that it is working; and 3) what is the basis within the organization on how to achieve the growth path, translating factors of success into products and services.

Randall P. Vendetti, P.E., is Principal with Techne Synergies LLC, an engineering management consultancy located in Parsippany, NJ. He has authored the book A Model of Leadership: How to Manage and Lead in Engineering and Creative Enterprise and has over thirty years accomplishments in industry.
